US Pharmacies are generally a shitshow these days…clearly understaffed, spending enormous time on the phone fighting insurance companies. Used to be I’d have to wait maybe 5 minutes to get a pharmacist on the phone, but now it’s at least 20 on the rare occasion I reach one at all.
